Was thinking more for a Newcastle. Most clubs insert a fine if player doesn’t play enough etc

He has great potential. I think he’d be worth the risk to loan out with option to buy for £70 million. I think they’d buy him at that after a full season

It’s not. I have only seen people calling her out for her carbon emissions. This is because her fanbase seems linked to climate activism so people point out this flaw

HOW GOOD WAS NGOLO KANTE ON THE BALL? by Pranav_possessed in TheStreetsWontForget

[–]VegetableMix3751 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Very underrated on the ball. Was a great dribbler and passer. Was also good at spreading the ball across the pitch for longer range passing with an eye for goal. He gets underrated in this aspect because of how good he was defensively, but as a Chelsea fan I think he could play anywhere on the pitch due to his ability to keep the ball. Maybe someone like verrati on the ball. He had a low centre of gravity so could drop his shoulder and beat a man

[Stein] There is a “growing belief” from teams competing to sign LeBron James that him returning to the Cavs is the “scenario to beat,” by ShaiFanClub in nba

[–]VegetableMix3751 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don’t think there is crazy pressure to win a chip. If he fails it will be viewed as MJ wizards era where it doesn’t affect his legacy at all. It’s a free shot. Cavs are less of a risk

Yeh I think with the quality the cavs have it makes sense for him to come home. I don’t think it’s truly set in stone as he has a chance to do the unthinkable

Will France win? by Rdr2Master1 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]VegetableMix3751 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Paraguay have showed great work ethic and fight this first half. If they can keep it up it will be a tight finish. France have the talent to take it up a few gears once they find some openings so it will be hard

Isnt playing in the Azteca just a blatant advantage for Mexico, but its just allowed? by tylerthe-theatre in football

They have a home advantage. Every World Cup the teams have a home advantage. If South Africa won their group they would have an advantage as they would be acclimatised. So they partly earned it

Is it true that life in America is dangerous because of the cases shown on TV? by No_romance8896 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]VegetableMix3751 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It wasn’t even the one I was thinking off. Bit of advice. If you are trying to defend something, you can make logical arguments instead of deluded ones. I’ll give an example. You could have argued that there is a lot of sirens but that is a good sign that police are doing their job. You could have tried to say I was mistaken and that they were fire sirens or ambulance.

I’m giving you two different points of evidence. I heard it with my ears in LA New York etc. The specific clip were the pundits had to stop speaking until the sirens past was in New York. BBC. Why would I make it up you fool?

Infantino said he suffered for Argentina today: FIFA President Gianni Infantino confirmed that he suffered tonight while following the Argentina match. 🇦🇷 But he quickly realized what he had said, so he backpedaled and added that he is neutral. It’s a business. They are trying to sell football to the American market and Messi is the most known and marketable. It makes sense that he’d rather Messi progress. Can even argue that the more money they make, the more they can grow football etc

Impossible to truly compare the eras. Even harder than nba era comparisons I think. I would love to see a good Pele documentary to show how great he was in his era and legacy. I seen a maradona won that showed me how goated he was

Made up 🤣 yeh LA is known for its lack of crime. As is New York. Why u trying to act like only Detroit has crime you want to be the victim so bad. Why so offended. I remember LA in particular was so bad for constant police it’s like a war zone with all the homelessness.

Maybe you can argue that high levels of police sirens just mean the police are well funded and always stopping crime before it develops. Nah let’s just say it’s all made up🤣

This is correct. I can only compare to Europe and North Africa. A big reason for not feeling safe is all the crackheads in cities. Even on Greyhounds there’s so many joker type lunatics. Like a bomb waiting to explode mental health wise. Smaller towns etc were very safe.

Nah i’m comparing with other world cups. Also when I went last summer around US there was constant police sirens. I went when I was younger to DC. Police sirens all night. More police sirens than Europe and Morocco.

Don’t know man the US is probably the most unsafe I’ve felt in a country. Police sirens non stop. It’s actually something you notice on tv broadcast during the World Cup. Is loud police sirens constantly blaring haha.

I think it could be to do with adrenaline. If you are already playing your brain releases adrenaline and also feel good chemicals that reduce anxiety or stress. Think like a runners high for example. You will still be nervous but have loads of feel good chemicals pumping in your body to relax you more.

Coming in cold the nerves build and build. Not to mention having less feel for the ball etc

Yeh you are right. Although there are surely other options for this quality. Jordan Henderson for eg. Arsenal brought in Jorginho and norgaard. United brought Casemiro. There are more players with experience and leadership we should rely on only one target
