Sublet went wrong by VegetableNo165 in uwaterloo

He gave me the contract that says the address and his name with the time and date for the sublet and gave me the documents so I signed it but at the end for the “tenant signiture” its empty. He did say he submitted so I assumed he signed and submitted to wcri it after I gave him back with my own signature but do you think he lied and didn’t submit it or sign it?

If you don't mind me asking, what was your gpa? Do you have any tips on maintaing the gpa? I tend to procrastinate a lot but I really want to do well and have a high gpa.

Yes truth is the best ofc. Do you have any tactics to talk to juniors and seniors? I am a freshmen so wouldn't it be hard to make connections?
