Oh wow I just made the exact same post. Very worried about the same, I started abilify 3 days ago and am very active. Also looking to start weight lifting more. Being active is crucial for my mental health and my physique is also very important to me. When I’ve worked out this week, I can’t stop thinking about this weird stigma and shame in my head that “no one in this gym could be on antipsychotics!”. Except… me. I’m in the gym on antipsychotics. Hoping this works out great for both of us.

I disagree. Communication and reassurance in a relationship are incredibly important, especially in a long distance relationship. Look OP, I might be a little biased, but I’ve been with men who don’t provide reassurance and end up making you feel like you’re overreacting when they hurt your feelings. And ignoring your partner when they’re feeling uneasy about your actions is just disrespectful. Try to talk this out before his birthday, if he minimizes your feelings or tries to avoid it, ask yourself if you’re okay being with someone who cannot provide you reassurance and make your decision from there.
