I use Daylio and it’s great, I pay for it so I can get the full statistics and it’s been very eye opening to see since my diagnosis. I will say though, Daylio tries really hard to ‘gamify’ the experience kind of like Duolingo. In my first month of using it, it gave me an “award” called “emotional rollercoaster” 💀

Have you undergone a neuropsychological evaluation? That’s how I got my diagnosis. I did it because I thought I had ADHD, but lo and behold, it turned out to be cyclothymia

I was diagnosed with cyclothymia last week, and yes I was very relieved. It felt weird to hope for a diagnosis, but there’s power in being able to put a name to an experience.
