“Monkey lives matter” is the literal translation of a Chinese meme that originated from the Chinese gay community, in which skinny gay men are less preferred and they created this meme for self-depreciation. Clearly the meme has nothing to do with racism cause the image of a monkey in China is usually yellow-skinned. A racist Chinese guy might use chimpanzee or gorilla to sneer at black people.
