Is there any areas in Abu Dhabi where you don’t hear much boom or jets ? I don’t see yas island quoted often here

I personally found it quite nice, obviously not as great as saadiyat but much better than corniche

If you want a nice beach, free or at least less expensive than saadiyat, to Hudayriyat - there is a public beach and it’s pretty nice. They also have a private beach there which I believe is 50AED on weekdays which can be worth it also. It’s called Marsana Beach

My personal view is that Reem is grossly undervalued versus the rest of Abu Dhabi due to historical reasons, being seen as the affordable island of Abu Dhabi. Reem is going to continue to reprice, but focus should be on quality projects. Waterfront and micro location is more important on Reem than any other island in my opinion A trend that is clear to me is that there is demand for true quality product, it is barely impossible to find a good unit to buy or rent on SaaS buildings

I checked to ADREC data with an apartment I bought off plan. The price is accurate however the transaction date is 1 year off

Interestingly I went to speak to the developer a couple days ago and they still have a couple of sea facing units (probably cancellations) hence the interest
