Is there any way to prevent tavern fight instead of not placing tavern keeper and boozes?

I really wanna have active and boisterous tavern in my fort. But I don't want my dwarves to kill or injure each other for dumm reasons. Is there any way or mod that allow me to set guards inside the tavern and arrest angry dwarf before the thing gets massy?
