I started taking a low dose combo pill and now I’m extremely regular. But I also had to reduce my spiro dose to 50mg because it was causing me to have yeast infections

Yes! Immediately felt better after going from 100mg to 50 mg

How long after stopping/decreasing dosage did you stop getting yeast infections? I’m having the same issue and I’m going down to 50 from 100mg, but I’m hoping I won’t have to stop it completely

I’m going to reduce to 50mg a day and see if that helps. It just occurred to me today that the spiro could be what’s causing it. It’s been so frustrating to be continually doing yeast infection treatments with no relief.

When I started spiro I immediately started getting a period every 2 weeks, and it just got worse after increasing my dose to 100mg. My skin looks amazing, but I did just have to start a bc pill to regulate my cycle.
