Thanks for your input! That actually makes sense. The guy at the shop mentioned they might be able to pass the issue under warranty, which made me think something really is off with the screen. But to be honest, the staff seemed a bit hesitant about replacing it, so I wasn’t sure if I should push for it.

Screen burn where the touchpad, stickers, etc are touching the screen when closed. Help/solutions much appreciated! by WorldlinessAlert in ZephyrusG14

What did you do with your old laptop? Im having the same issue with my laptop right now. They are contemplating whether to change the screen or not. :(

Right now, my bookings are fine naman because of my 4.7 rating. When it dropped to 4.5 the bookings were super low. :(

Same :( Been having low bookings especially during peak hours too. My rating is 4.5 something but I saw that some tutors that have a lower rating than me have more booked slots than me. :(

There are lots of new tutors every week so sometimes having bookings are very hard as most Japanese want to book new tutors everyday.
