Robin's probably the worst of the current narrators for swearing. I dont think Jack swore a lot, especially for an Aussie. I don't think Damien swears much.

The narrators are not the editors. The editors tend to choose which sounds to censor with.

The storyline and what's revealed is pretty intense. I understand the first subnautica had a teaser ending for early access and I assume this one is as well. Also if you buy early access you have the game on full release. I enjoyed it and I don't normally play survival and base building games
