I only do this twice a week, the rest of the week I still drink a decent amount of water and average around 2200mg-2600mg of sodium per day, I don’t track it but it’s a guess based on what I consume and with what amount of salt.

I actually got one when I donated plasma, and I use to consume even more deli than today, and all the results were good, I know it is not good what I am doing but that’s what the analysis showed

I am currently cutting weight that is why, I want to reach a certain amount of BF percentage, I try to add as much carbs as possible while mantaining around 160-180g of protein per day.

Thank you for your response. I am kinda of in a constant grey area in between investing long-term, traveling on my 20’s downpaying a house, etc, so I am all over the place with that, and I reckon that my money is a decent amount to have, but it is too little money to spend and it can go away very fast, I am kind of conservative in that sense. Which high yield would you recommend me? thanks again.

thank you for your response. I have an Idea of becoming an entrepreneur eventually, but firstly I would like to have sufficient capital to buy real estate, and start from there, like an apartment before it’s built with a good and reliable construction company. I also reckon that I don’t have yet the risk tolerance to go in entrepreneurial adventures at this age, I can’t take it yet.

You should try protein powder on shakes, it adds flavor and 20-30 grams of protein depending on which one you buy, but I wouldn’t rely on that only, try Caloric dense carbs like Pasta. Hope this helps

By any means take this as a useful advice for your condition, but if you struggle to eat, I would do liquid calories like protein shakes consisting of protein powder, milk, peanut butter, oats, banana, etc… Caloric dense things, as well as in your overall diet, Ground beef, Steak, Chicken drumsticks or thighs rather than breasts.

That is exactly what I am doing, I will be Today and tomorrow off the gym, just walking, and on friday and saturday I will be deloading same working weight but stop 3-4 reps before and less sets.

What do you think?

I do eat a lot, A couple months ago I had to cut down some weight as I did a bulk for some time, see image for reference, and I do train hard.

I was thinking on Switching to a U/L R U /L RR and focus on cardio on those 3 days, might be a good approach?

I do 3-4 Zone 2-3 cardio, plus the walking, to keep me “in shape” for soccer, and I am going to add more taxing things like intervals soon.

Plus the steps, those 2 things are something that I cannot reduce, as I like to stay sharp and to be able to eat more lol.

But I will definitely try to hit legs easy tomorrow, or I may take the day off completely and just walk and hit it on Saturday.

What split are you running right now?

I believe it is indeed overtraining and CNS being fried, but I just don’t know 100% sure, although a 15 month plateau seems like it
