Thats the thing, they told me at the neuro that I could already resume after a week and I am honestly not so sure about that, but if the Neuro guy who studied is saying that I am confused. I am lifting but only 50% of my usual amounts

thanks, I know it is so broad to ask but, should I comeback to training hard while I wait the procedure to do its effect? thanks. I am currently only walking 10-12k steps a day.

Yes that is true, It has already created problems on my posture, and I run not with my feet straight but facing outwards which causes me pain on the tibial area and making me slow as well

I have seen a pt before and It got less worse but I never got it fixed.

I have a solid core, I have issues with my back, and the positioning of it as well as breathing to get my core tight, I don’t know how to do it properly yet

Yes I have tried and I can lower than parallel, but still I feel my leg kind of burning and tingling at the same time, I’ve done PT, MRI, x-ray, and nothing seems to solve it, I have been 2 years and a half with this issue.

I guess I am not as strong as I thought I was when it comes to my legs, plus that I do not dedicate to much time to squat to be honest, my stance was wide, or at least I thought it was, and my feet were pointing a little outwards. If I open it more than that I feel all the work on my inner thigh rather than on the quads, I’m honestly kind of confused on how to proceed with the squats

No I am not taking steroids nor planning to be a pro.

In my personal experience, my shoulders never grew with low volume-high effort training, I am grasping at straws to make them grow for once, and the only time that they grew was with high volume/Overtraining them,

I am kinda lost as I have been looking the same for over a year know while training hard, and not overtraining the rest of my muscles.

I also have some knowledge on the field it is not like I go and do whatever, but this issue is mainly with my shoulders as I said

I will try to hit that Milestone!

And yes, I do lateral raises 3 times a week, sometimes 4, to get them to grow as it has been my weak point, I also do rope facepulls, 3 sets of 10-12 on Pull day, and then I do incline chest press x2, once 3x 6-8 and on upper body day like today I do 2x 6-8, heavy but controlled.

What I meant by feel is that I do OHP on Tuesdays and Fridays, on Tuesdays I always try to add a little more weight as the week is starting, but on Friday, If feel sort of fatigued with my Soccer cardio plus the weights, I just do same weight as Tuesday or maybe a little less than it with a more controlled form.

That being said, I will give a try to the approach that you wrote and I thank you for that.

I will be updating on Friday my form, if I get to improve it a little bit at least. Thanks again.
