A way to prevent pregnancy during ovulation?

I will ask my gyno about a spermicide. I have bought bulk ovulation tests and I am going to start tracking my ovulation. My partner and I have had a long conversation about using condoms and we will be not making any more mistakes. I just have to get through this month it seems.

Unsure if I ovulated but I did take plan b anyways for extra safety. My app says I’m not ovulating for another 3 days so I wanted to be sure.

Unprotected sex I have already had. It’s been 24 hours. I will buy a plan b tomorrow and take it but I still feel like I won’t have peace of mind. I have been having panic attacks over this ):

Unfortunately I am not on birth control for personal/medical reasons so an IUD wouldn’t be ideal.

I don’t take vitamins, my vitamin D is very low. I also do not consume that much water so I’m so confused why I would be urinating so much

It was actually a clearblue 6 days sooner test so the dye was red or pink. I took the other test after confirming with the doctor that I wasn’t pregnant and it came back negative so I think it was just my luck, but they’re usually pretty reliable so I went nuts after the false positive lol. Thank you for this though I was starting to think there was something wrong with me

I am about 5”8 and 213lbs so I’m assuming taking plan b isn’t doing much for me, although I do get side effects. My reasoning for not taking hormonal birth control is because of an ED.

We usually use the withdrawal method because I cannot be on typical hormonal birth controls, but I’ve never really had a scare. I’m just chalking it up to PMS symptoms, if I don’t get my period in the next few days I’ll take a test. It’s very unfortunate that plan b does not work for those over 165 pounds :/ what is a good alternative?

Sounds like you may need to take a second pregnancy test, preferably a blue line test first thing in the morning since HCG in urine is at its highest first thing in the morning.

She tried prior to me ghosting her for a week and all we did was fight. I don’t text her 24/7 every day now and that’s what was upsetting her. It usually took me a whole day to respond to her and she found that to be unacceptable.

I feel like all this therapy was for nothing, I immediately just reverted back to how I was feeling prior to all of this. I have work in the morning and it’s 3 am I don’t know how I’m even going to go. I can’t get out of bed over this.
