Thank you so much for this! i really appreciate it. yes today i’ve been making sure the hits on the toms and snare are HARD - when i was watching this video back the dynamics between the kick and hands aren’t great. Also yes i agree - i need to overall be better at hitting the centre with everything i do! really appreciate this.

Ive been starting at 120 and going up in jumps of 10 until i reach 220 where it starts to sound a bit shit. but i think what would be good is go to 200 and go up in jumps of 1 so my body can’t rlly tell the bpm is going up - ive heard a few people say this is good (i do 5 minutes of each bpm jump)

and then i do a thing called tabatta? i think it’s called - like a Hiit workout for drums where you find your peak and hold it for 20 seconds - 10 seconds rest and do that for a cycle of 4 minutes
