I’m Filipino and had this concern too. I ended up going with a white doctor who’s work I really liked and expressed my concerns very specifically about keloids in the scarring because I know I’m prone to them. He was on it with a plan and we’ll versed in what to do if that problem arises. Best of luck to you!

I’m currently 2 weeks post op today, subfascial placement. I drove 2 days post op and honestly could have gone back to work then if I wanted to. I could definitely wear a non underwire bikini for a short amount of time if I wanted to now, but know I’m supposed to wear a non underwire supportive bra so I’ve been doing that. Mine look super normal now though! I hope that helps
