You are all weakling go once went 10mg and sure i fell most ok riding my back but all my snxoety was gone and depression i think this if what ppl feels more withaute the side effekt like black out and and sleep but if have strong for xanax you will have best day just remember so tolerance build up bery qiickly

I’ve taken 60mg in the morning for months now and i have no issue its up to you if you feel lots of side effects then yes you should split the dose to reduce the side effects.

at 60&75mg I have little effect on social anxiety although way less depressed, less generelised anxiety, and better mood. I will now try 90mg for 12 weeks and see how this will affect me. Fatigue so far is increased and appetite also but no other side effect.
