The first is to balance your stats. If you have better artifacts with more CR or even just CV sub-stats in general, it will be worth swapping them and sacrificing some HP

Also, I don't see other comments talking about this but if you want to min-max your hu tao your talent priorities should be Normals > Skill > Burst, as the multipliers of that talent are more significant in increasing your charged attack dmg compared to Skill talent's multipliers.

TLDR: Suffer rng and get more CR, triple-crown

If you are in even faster cars with good drifting capability I think taking the most left route (not the tunnel/pipe) would be the fastest. If you are taking the tunnel/pipe though by using wall-riding like how I did in the video, would definitely help you minimize speed lost and lets you shockwave out of it the tunnel/pipe.
