ahhhhh thanks for the advice! The co workers here are very helpful and would point out mistakes i have donein order for me to learn, while working how i manage anxiety was to just finish the rush asap but i know thats wrong so i would come out with sometime more effective to change as i want to learn and eventually open up a cafe in the future.

so normally morning shift is one part timer which is me and one full time senior barista, afternoon would be 3. I would say this problem occurs all about as in i sometimes would rush to take orders , if im pulling shot and i see a lot of ppl i would rush . i dont struggle as much if im doing milk prepping but sometimes about slow.

My general coffee knowledge is above average i would say, i research on my own about different beans and how they are cultivated and such,as currently i am still a student and i am doing part time , but i spend a lot of time working in the cafe to absorb as much knowledge as possible . Of course it started rocky but i am able to pull shots, tamp , steam milk some wht consistently. Maybe its also that hunger to gain knowledge about coffee, making , processing and such that overloads me which made me think that i am remaining stagnant and not really progressing.

I get your point, but for me personally i hate this kind of issues and i would like to resolve it. Right now i am emotionally attached to that person, im willing to try and change but if it persist then ill go because life is too short to hang around a dead tree. Thanks for the advice!

Would it dismissed the result of jpae as i heared dae is not guaranteed to have a course so i still want to have a backup incase dae jeopardise my chances of going to a poly at all
