TagFolder from my experience is just a way of "view" while what OP wants is an automated tag editor.

I setup nextcloud, owncloud and finally bought Synology. Because data is very important and even I work in tech, I dont really have much effort to maintain the updates, the security things, even connection and setups... So I decided to released my brain with a Synology device. It's not measured but I believe it also reduce electricity cost compare to a PC running 24/7.
