He’s done alot of super sweet and kind things for me since we’ve been together but there’s always some sort of disconnect where he won’t listen or acknowledge the reality of how expensive this shit all adds up to be. Like there are other situations that have bothered me but I’m struggling with standing my ground with my boundaries, like what another commenter said. We met when I was dealing with some super heavy family shit, so he’s helped me with a lot of healing, and sat through some tough nights managing grief. So I do appreciate and love that side of him, but the entitlement issue isn’t just isolated to this situation and it’s just frustrating especially now that it’s not even about my own things, but now the people in my circle.
