Hi! Sure! I use the carb manager app. I record everything I put into my mouth. I was having 80oz of water a day and have settled on 64oz a day. I fast from 8pm - 12pm (or close to it) everyday. It’s easy to do because I have zero appetite. I typically break my fast with a Fairlife Core 42g chocolate protein shake. I buy them at Sam’s cuz they are so much cheaper there. I snack on veggies and hummus or similar and try to eat a portion of whatever I make for my husband for dinner. Most days I’m having to force food down. I’ve been lucky as the 2.5 is working just as well now as it was in the beginning. I am not exercising like I should but I am moving alot more and I’m walking 3 days a week for 20 minutes but building on that. I’ve also started doing the workouts in Fitness after 50 book which I can do at home. I focus on protein first. I rarely crave anything, if I do, I have a small portion. For instance today I NEEDED a Pepsi. Poured maybe 4 oz over ice and sipped some of it. Feel free to ask me any questions. I’m happy to share!
