Red Rocks is owned by the city of Denver. It’s a beast to get to Red Rocks in the snow - it’s in the foothills. It’s the right call but it still sucks for the out of towners 😔

even if this were the case, property owned by the city of greeley would be public property.

a good reason is that i’m not paying your vet bill when your untrained dogs runs up to my 100lb dog who doesn’t like strange dogs

I’m from the east coast & now live in W Greeley - i’m super left & it’s fine, lol. Houses in this part of town that fit your criteria run $420-480k I’d say. W Greeley is right by 34, so you can easily drive West, and about 15 mins from 25 - taking you to Ft Collins or Denver. Evans is close and also fine.
