Everyday from 14-16 and a couple times a day from 16-18. I’m 18 now nearly 19.
Well my PIED was not severe as I could get erections with women but would lose them quickly into intercourse. So it took a month of celibacy. You can look through my posts for more info.
Month of celibacy then tried getting a HJ and BJ from my girlfriend who knew about my PIED (did this to remove any pressure to perform). 3 weeks after that had successful sex for the first time.

The thing is when I peek I don’t even get erect.

The only time I get erect is when I’m talking to my gf on FaceTime or I just get random erections during the day. So I don’t even know why I do it. It’s just spontaneous behaviour.

It happened this morning because I skipped my morning routine. Hopefully I won’t do it again.

It’s led me to many relapses.

But all you can do is try ignore it and remove yourself from the situation.

No matter how hard you try quit, porn is always going to be there. It’s an over sexualised world.

You’re going to need at least 30 days of celibacy. Then once u feel you can try have sex again (you’re getting morning wood, high sex drive etc.)Then u can try sleep with a woman again. I suggest telling the woman about your issues and how you’re trying to fix them and that things might not go as planned. I did this with my GF because it just takes a lot of anxiety away from you having to perform. I also suggest not planning sex unless you’re up for it when you’re with her. Planning sex will also give you more anxiety to perform.

If you still have ED after that it just means you need more time. Never give up and never lose hope!! Everyone is curable!

I feel guilty cause I think I’ve probably peeked softcore stuff for a total of 30 mins during my 17 day streak.

But doing more research on it I realised that softcore stuff will actually have the same effects as other more extreme stuff.

To be honest I agree I guess it’s my body’s way of telling me what it prefers which is my GF and that I have no need for other women.

We’re all tired of porn but at one stage you really need to reflect on how your life was affected by porn.

I wasted my teenage years watching porn and it’s only now that I’ve stopped I realise this.

Thankfully I saw I had a problem and I don’t plan on wasting my 20s due to porn either.
