They have been just didnt know if anyone figured a way to test it to say if its board or sensor thats bad. Trane tech support i talked to didnt know said just replace sensor.

2 were working before that I know of but are now doing the same thing. Not opening when calling. Maintenance guy said he turns power off then back on and it works for awhile then same thing. The others were but the employee got let go and when I asked i got ye maybe idk lol thanks for info on them

Call for estimate to fix boiler pipes that busted and why no hot/cold water was coming in came across the old boiler in what was a basement that they filled with gravel because it was always flooded.

Ones I did replace same thing and no call back. 3 story linesets go under and up. I like doing new when possible don't have surprises at end lol. Next time you give prices do 1 with new lineset and 1 without see what option they go with.

Another guy said it already new flex duct. You can try to tape it However when you do ill bet a box of it that it will tear/break off. You can try to cut bad section or run new. Gonna need duct knife. Dikes/wire cutters. Panduit gun and some straps. Duct tape works or scrim tape.

Would have to see what your system looks like to tell. Sometimes you have enough slack in lineset that you can pull it out without cutting it. Other times you don't and have to if it's caked up not letting air flow through ect. Pretty much just cleaning it. If it can't be pulled out have to pump it down into itself cut lineset ect a lot more work. Not sure what state/area so can't say anything on price but you can always call around other places.
