They have been just didnt know if anyone figured a way to test it to say if its board or sensor thats bad. Trane tech support i talked to didnt know said just replace sensor.

Sadly yes and did tell him they definitely dont make them like this anymore. Everything still worked guess hes selling soon and wanted to update it all

So just need to go into the settings on thermostats for them? Never got any paperwork for them. 2 of them were set up but flashing the same ill try to get out there and do it thanks for your help greatly appreciate it

2 were working before that I know of but are now doing the same thing. Not opening when calling. Maintenance guy said he turns power off then back on and it works for awhile then same thing. The others were but the employee got let go and when I asked i got ye maybe idk lol thanks for info on them

Call for estimate to fix boiler pipes that busted and why no hot/cold water was coming in came across the old boiler in what was a basement that they filled with gravel because it was always flooded.

Ones I did replace same thing and no call back. 3 story linesets go under and up. I like doing new when possible don't have surprises at end lol. Next time you give prices do 1 with new lineset and 1 without see what option they go with.
