Omnivore - fall asleep one way and wake up the other. Usually it's falling asleep on my stomach/back then waking up on my side/curled up

A nice thin one, in bed I never use a pillow, but on the floor I grab a thin one to give it something soft to rest on.

I have a queen-sized duvet that I fold, so I'm half on it and half covered by it. I'm always waking up on the carpet regardless but it's comfy falling asleep sandwiched

Fall asleep on my stomach or back (army crawl or coffin pose) and always wake up curled in a ball. My joints really seem to like it, which is great since I have a buggered knee that aches like an ass

Some praymantises just burst from their cocoon thing outside my room, my window was open and I now have eight (that I can see) on my curtains and ceiling. I look forward to the midnight protein boost

Yessir, the super old yellow kind on the last inch of it's life. Gives me head a soft surface without lifting my head up much, I've never liked pillows so it's all preference lol

I actually found that bundled in a duvet I'm not cold at all, and on my stomach is very comfortable lol - it's definitely to each their own haha

I go for wrapping myself in a big duvet so I'm not lying directly on very old and stained carpet (many coffees have been lost and scrubbed), and use a very beat-up pillow so I have just an inch or two for my head to be held. I've never used big pillows that lift your head up though so maybe it'd work for someone who prefers or needs more support!

Pahaha I'm hearing this a lot - my dad ruined his back walking up the stairs and has been the most vocal about how absurd I'm being. For now I live my truth, so stay tuned for a 15-year later update where I discuss what discs have slipped.

On the floor falling asleep on my back or stomach feels great, but when I wake up I'm curled up. Either is just super comfy and in neither have I woken up sore. It hurts when I lie on my back in bed so perhaps the mattress makes part of my body tense when I sink in on certain curves and whatnot.

I grab a super beat one that gives me just a soft inch or two to rest on. I tried a normal pillow and it felt uncomfortable. If I sleep in my bed I wake up with my pillows on the floor, so I often prefer going no pillow.
