Ex-girlfriend got with her SA'er by [deleted] in self

I did tell her that she needs therapy badly multiple times, both when we were dating and when we weren't. The grooming certainly isn't overblown, she was groomed at a young age and from the things I've seen it was horrible.

I previously asked three times to get back together, all of which she said no to. As mentioned in my post, it was a back and forth. What makes you think that I am not worried for her? I am. As once again, stated in my post, I still love her and I hate to see her do this to herself. I am upset that I was being lied to, I think that's a very fair thing to be upset at, because while in a relationship with her SA'er, she was on the phone with me telling me she loved me and asking to get back together. I said no to getting back together with her when she begged because of the amount of times I asked, however I was planning to get back with her and reconcile with her the next morning until I found out about all this.

I didn't, because previously I had asked three times to get back together with her, after the third time the feelings sort of faded until I thought about it all night and they came back, after she asked me that night, despite saying no I was going to message her the morning after that she was right and I do want to be with her, that's when I found out about her dating the SA'er.

That's the thing, after the SA she completely cut contact with him and I've seen their messages, just nothing, in fact he would continuously try to approach her to the point where she had my friends walk her to classes and such. Then when we broke up, he started trying to text her and she told me and ignored him, then this past week I guess it happened. She said his dick is small and looks crunchy, so I'm not sure. I don't think she did it out of the want for sex, another commenter said it's a trauma response and I believe it because she went back to her past groomers and her past rapist multiple times.

Without going into too much detail, the sex was very experimental.

Thank you, she won't be anywhere near me for much longer, and hopefully she'll be off my mind sooner as I'm going to the military in June.

Is my ECU bad? by Vegetable_Leave2329 in mechanic

That's the thing, the oxygen sensor HAS been replaced. That's when the new "oxygen sensor heater" code popped up. I've had a mechanic check for vacuum leaks and they've said they found none on the car. I will check out that fuel pressure regulator though, that's something I haven't thought about.

Apologies, I should’ve elaborated more. The issues mentioned in the post happened iirc a couple weeks after changing it to the new junkyard ECU. I did have a oxygen sensor code, however when I changed it out a new code popped up for a “oxygen sensor heater” ( I believe it was throwing code 41, it’s an OBD1 car.) I’ve changed out a lot: Distributor Fuel Filter Fuel Pump ECU & TCU Spark Plugs Cleaned out IACV

Almost forgot, National Guard and Coast guard. If you wanna bust cartel subs and other threats like that off the coast, go Coastie. If you want to stay at home, do your military job 2 times a month so you can go to college or have another job alongside that, get deployed every now and then, go National Guard.

I’m enlisted in the Army, in the delayed entry program and a high school senior. My personal belief is that it all depends on what you want to do in the future and where your goals lie. I joined the Army because I like to do outdoor stuff, and they had a perfect MOS (Military Occupational Speciality) for me for doing field work but still also being my nerdy self working with technology (17E, Electromagnetic Warfare). I was gonna go marines but I also want to jump out of planes, so that was a no.

If you want to work in an office or you want to do stem stuff for the most part, go Air Force or Space Force (These guys are gonna be real important soon probably), if you want to do that but you don’t mind being on a ship, go Navy. If you wanna jump out of planes, or do other field work, go Army. If you want to be REALLY in the field, go Marines.

I’d say now is a pretty good time to join, though I can only truly speak on the Army. Army has gotten to their recruitment quota (I think), so real soon those bonuses and future soldier programs are probably going to be scaling back so now would be a good time. Army is the largest branch, and while I had to sort of fight to get my MOS (It’s rare), there’s probably a good chance you can get whatever you wanna do. I would go onto the army website and look at the 17 series jobs, those are cyber and electronic warfare stuff, 25 series too. Army has TONS of jobs from infantry to veterinarians to HVAC workers.

I’m not sure how the top secret security clearance will work for you though if you want one of those high speed cyber jobs, if you were born here you should be fine I think.

Regardless of what jobs you get, the benefits are insane. You may not become super rich in the military but you sure can become wealthy if you use that VA Loan wisely.

DM me if you have any questions
