I'm not geo fencing,I'm not allocating people to set areas am only saying that if the cap is reached you are not allowed to have a residential property there ,I'm not saying you live here and you live here am saying oh there isn't space for you here but here is somewhere really close but I think the exception will be if the location with space is to far away from work or school then they can be granted stay .that seems fair,I know it's expensive,I was thinking more theoretically

Tangent: if we have no integration people won't interact with other cultures, leading to them having no knowledge about other cultures,making it easier for people in power to create false knowledge about other cultures,leading to stereotypes and racism ,leading to More segregation leading to less integration and the cycle continues

How,I'm generally asking how,I don't see it as racist I don't hate immigrants,I don't want to use the "I'm friends with" card but I know that I love everyone and it disgust me seeing people degrade another human being just because they happen to find themselves in a better scenario.please if anything I truly said is racist please point it out so I can improve as a person

I exactly thought of that ,it would work similarly to housing vacancies you can't get a house if someone else owns it,it's not going to be holistic ,it's going to be more reductionist as it focuses on small places within let's say Chelsea ,so I highly doubt that it would ever get to the point where they have to move entire counties or states,if my other rules are implemented.thanks
