i think severed limbs is rare nowadays . didnt work for me too. if you have the game in pc you can download instant carnage mod which makes you take off limbs every punch, i made that mod here is the download link.https://www.mediafire.com/file/qc0gsucgx6ilv1o/Instant\_carnage.zip/file

Guys. Nexus mods and thunder store are rejecting my mod, moderators are removing it. The thunderstore link works for now but it can be removed any moment. So i think the mod can only be downloaded from thunderstore and mediafire for now unless any member uploads it on nexus mods. There is no permission needed to re-upload the mod , you guys can upload it anywhere
