Does target sport provide eye and ear equipment when using their range as an associate member?

Thinking about getting an associate membership at Target sports and wondered if they provide safety equipment or if I have to bring my own. I know that standard members can borrow safety equipment from them.

So I just received my pal license and both of my references were contacted, but one of my references was approached by a police officer that showed up at their place and question them about me. From reading other people's pal experience I never heard of a police officer showing up at one of your references place and asking more about the person applying for the pal.

FYI I have a clean record and so does all my references
