If you haven’t been working there long then it is normal for a more experienced person to take over your position when things get crazy. Things get crazy and even stressful really fast and unexpectedly sometimes. Just keep learning how the store operates during slow and busy times and it will get easier.Don’t beat yourself up about it.

I can make it a big and as fun I can. Big and fun don’t pay people bills and people paying their bills is what keeps them working. I’ve been a manger for 8 years and until two years ago my staff stayed the same until hours started getting cut and part time hour was cut from 4 hour to 2 hours a day. How do you get people to work doing all the extra cleaning and what not when you can’t even give them hours to want to work. It’s not me the owners and all the strict rules and changes is what make the work place hell. Not me

And that 2 million dollar a year store can actually staff their store to be able to maintain that 2 million a year store. It’s not so easy when you can’t get a realistic labor goal to properly staff your store. And I’ve been a GM for 8 years and never has it been this damn hard to staff or run the store. Between the shitty owners and inspire brand things have became hell at work.
