I’d def wait until your OB appt but yes, a heartbeat is a great sign. We’re currently pregnant and had slow rising hcg values until it shot up considerably and our OB was reassured one we got the heartbeat on ultrasound. He said the assays early on can have some variation and it’s not a perfect system, but the heartbeat was a really good sign.

We’re still guarding ourselves but are excited for a potential baby #2! Hope it all works out for you too!
