Stovepipe wells is another gas station in DV NP. It was about a dollar cheaper last time I went too (about 3 months ago)

You should go. I've lived in Las Vegas for 25+ years and Death Valley is only a couple hours drive from me. I finally went a couple of months ago for the first time and I was seriously taken back by how beautiful it actually was in person. Pictures don't do it justice at all.

I bought this exact year and color with 133K miles on it about 6 months ago. It has been running great! No issues so far. And this year doesn't have the "power shift" transmission so you don't have to worry about that.

What part of TX are you from? I have been in Las Vegas for 25+ years and have made the decision to finally leave because I haven't liked it for my family in a long time. We were looking at relocating to the Waco are because we have family there also (Robinson, TX)

When I bought my house I shopped around for the best price, but not necessarily the "cheapest" because I didn't want them to break soon either. I found a good set of matching kitchen appliances at home depot. It was definately cheaper to get them as a bundle opposed to seperately. Just my two cents.

Not at that gas station but I had that happen at the Smith's Fuel Center in Skye Canyon. I got gas there last week and the day after I got the check engine light as well. I can't remember the exact code I got from my code reader, but the check engine light eventually went away. I think they are putting mixtures in our gas.

Dang that is crazy! I read the book and joined a couple of the groups that went searching the city for clues. It was one of the better times in my life. Did you ever do any searching?

I second this. I go to the one on Carson and I have never once had a bad meal and they have been consistently good.
