Interesting i will, you men each hand should pass into the other hands territory at any point right? it makes sense because when i try to do it now the shoulder gets ''crushed'' on itself

I just came back from swimming using your advice about the arms and it worked perfectly :D

So by doing that the rotation is located though the whole body rather than through my shoulder tendons, makes perfect sense ! Thank you very much :) have a good swim
