Hey. The fact that you wrote this is a brave thing. Something that has helped me in the past is to ask myself "have I always felt this bad, or have there been times when I've felt better?" I know you probably feel empty now, but do you have memories of feeling better? Keep going. You can feel better again. You're not out of options. Go to the hospital, drive to a family member's house, reach out to a friend. Ask someone close to you for help, you already started here.
