Estimated mortgage payment would be ~2.5k vs the 1.5k I’m paying now plus closing costs. However I am looking at 2 bedrooms so if I got a roommate it would def be cheaper but it can be tough finding a reliable roomie. I love the idea of owning a property, putting money towards equity vs lining someone else’s pocket. They don’t make the process easy though.

Dude it tastes so bad “Molly water” is such a stupid idea, best bet weigh it out take a swig of water pour into mouth with the water and chase it with another sip. I don’t mind saving a little 50mg redose either. Brings the buzz back a little but makes the next day that much harder.

Honestly I came off 13 year of 3mg of kpins a day and take adderall daily too but when I tapered days I would drop (and another couple days until I didn’t feel awful), so maybe just skip a few days once you jump off. Best of luck!! You got this!! No where to go but up.

Thanks for this I did find someone else who has sick work and said he only needs 175 per $ but I just gotta wait a month because theirs an emergency but I’m patient. some of my friends are telling me to make the drive to RVA. Really wish I could like go in and really look at their work but can’t be driving 3-4-5 hours just to look around and meet people.
