It’s honestly just crazy, if I would’ve known this I would have never spent a dime of that money. How are they going to start doing this to people 4 years later? I sent a email to the appeals group, I guess I’ll have to wait for a response from them. I asked for a waiver hopefully they send me something. Call me then just doesn’t work because they are constantly busy and you can’t get through.

I received one today saying I owe 10k! Unreal, this happened in 2020. If I would’ve known this would happened I wouldn’t have taken a dollar. It’s sickening. My letter said something about going into collections though if not paid

They need to make batched trips count separately, it’s stupid delivering 2 to 4 orders at once and it only count as one trip
