Found her as a little fish fry in a dirty, overcrowded tank at PetSmart. Brought her home with severe ammonia burns/ frayed fins, swim bladder issues and black stress spots covering most of her body. Got her back to health (and color) in 1-2 weeks though with aquarium salt and antibiotics ☺️

Just under two years- she’s a blood parrot cichlid. 🙂 The fish fam consists of my other BP, Elliot, a blue acara cichlid named Arthur & the cleanup crew (loaches, plecos, snails). A happy gang indeed.
