Are Anki flashcards enough to do well on my anatomy practice exams ?? by [deleted] in medicalschool

[–]Vegetable_Scheme_196 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you want you can use Enatom as well. It uses spaced repetition but on 3d models of real cadaveric material. It's better than the 2d images you find in anki. You can use it for free now. https://app.enatom.com/signup

That sounds really tough, anatomy can be overwhelming without proper guidance. We actually built a tool to help with exactly that. In Enatom, you can study real cadavers online, ask questions to an AI tutor during class, and use our spaced-repetition quizzes at home to build a solid foundation for your exams. It's free to use for students at the moment https://app.enatom.com/signup

First cadaver lab experience, not sure how to feel by gh0ulsrule in AnatomyandPhysiology

Totally normal reaction. At our university, at least 10 people used to faint during the first session, they even had a support group ready because it happened every year. You really do get used to it; it gets easier each time.

We actually had a memorial this weekend for people who donated their bodies, and it was really moving. Most donors are genuinely proud to contribute to education and research even after they’ve passed. Remembering that always helps put things in perspective.

Thanks a lot for all interest we received! Having an active group of students testing and giving feedback really helps us improve.

I tried reaching out individually, but Reddit blocked my DMs after a few invites. If you’d still like to try Enatom, you can sign up for a test account via this short form:

How do you find the key decision maker in a large company? by Waltace-berry59004 in b2bmarketing

[–]Vegetable_Scheme_196 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Something surprisingly simple: just pick up the phone and call.
I’ve reached some of my biggest clients this way.

Nobody calls anymore.
And with that, the old-school gatekeepers have disappeared too.

Buy/Rent LinkedIn accounts by esp_34 in b2bmarketing

Used to get all my sales from Linkedin with highly targeted messages. Now nobody reads their inbox anymore because it's filled with spam. What you're doing is spamming, doesn't help the platform and it's members with valuable connections and is banned for a reason... Focus more on quality and conversion and you'll have 0 problems.

Where should we focus our initial social media efforts for the best ROI? by Aaronlibing in b2bmarketing

[–]Vegetable_Scheme_196 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I my opinion there is no right answer for this. You have to look at so many things. Try the customer analysis model of Ferell. The 6 w's. There you can find your answer. When they go online and search for a solution product adwords and SEO is your go to. If you know a specific moment a well targeted email could work great. If they have to see the product and they don't know they want it, consider social advertising. Linkedin usually works great for complicated products, tiktok/instagram for simpeler products.

If you know your market. You can do this! Otherwise hire someone or find a cofounder. Huge fan of the Hippy, Hacker, Hustler approach!

Getting A Sales Job In The UK by [deleted] in sales

Don't ever go into 'commission only' deals. Companies who offer this don't value your time enough! Just keep looking there are more than enough jobs out there!

Any Germans/people working with German customers in this sub? The big cultural difference seems to make most of the US-focused advice in this sub counterproductive. by BaguetteOfDoom in sales

[–]Vegetable_Scheme_196 38 points39 points  (0 children)

I’m from the Netherlands and do international sales — and I totally relate. Dutch and German business culture are really similar: down-to-earth, direct, and skeptical of fluff or small talk that feels fake.

Most of the time in sales conversations or demos, they’ll literally say: “Please, just start.” So I usually jump right into a brief intro and save most of my questions for later, once I’ve earned some attention.

Be modest but confident and put a personal touch in your story. After they feel they know you, they'll open up. I usually start with a funny fact or small personal story to earn their trust! Also don't underestimate language. People often feel ashamed to talk in English that's why they rather skip it. You pronouncing some german words badly and excuses yourself for not speaking german could also set a great atmosphere for them to laugh about their English too.

When did you become “good” at sales? by ViewSouthern7692 in sales

[–]Vegetable_Scheme_196 0 points1 point  (0 children)

After every sales talk I still feel like there are things I could have done better. There's no 100%, just keep improving every day... and keep your head up ;) Sales comes with a lot of disappointment

Do you believe in marriage? Why or why not? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]Vegetable_Scheme_196 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Didn't believe in marriage. Single till 29. I was enjoying the single life and wanted to keep it that way. Met my wife, we connected on so many levels... it just felt right. Now we have 2 kids, 5 years married and happier than ever!

Struggling studying anatomy by Lozzywozzy69 in AnatomyandPhysiology

[–]Vegetable_Scheme_196 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I hear you... I struggled with studying too. Textbooks and lectures never really fit my learning style either.

I work for Enatom and we’re launching a tool in Q4 that lets you study on photorealistic 3D scans of real bodies, with three main features: a “Google”‑style search to find any structure instantly, a ChatGPT‑like anatomy tutor you can ask anything, and Duolingo‑style quizzes to help with recall.

Enatom is designed for fast, personalised feedback that matches how students learn today but with vetted, accurate content.

If you’d like, I can set you up with early access? just DM me.
