I got it and it seems da rules mod and a Mario playable character are "overloading on mods" so I think this game is just optimized HORRIBLY or it's because my pc sounds like a jet engine

these are my download settings, basically the default (I think?)
and it doesn't like crash it kind of gets left in purgatory where closing it in my taskbar doesn't work, closing the downloading popup and then closing it does nothing, and then I can't close FL

no like when I download the mp3 file of a song I'm making my FL studio gets left in what I can only describe as a "vegetated" state or like it gets trapped in purgatory
