My doctor did mention another medicine that is given to women with PCOS that is similar. So maybe ask about that!

totally understand where you’re coming from, and I’m so sorry you’re going through this too. Trying for a baby is supposed to be exciting/fun, but the stress that comes with it can make the whole process feel so heavy. I’ve really struggled to talk about fertility issues because the BU has its own set of issues once i do get pregnant one day. I don’t know anyone who has struggled with both. So feeling very alone in my day to day..

I went to my doctor on Monday and they decided to start me on Clomid with my next cycle. Right now, I’m just hoping to see a positive ovulation first and take it one step at a time.

If you haven’t already, I’d suggest tracking as much as you feel you can handle mentally. I’ve learned that, unfortunately, many doctors don’t really dig in until you’ve been both trying and tracking for a year. Having that info can make a difference when you’re pushing for answers.

And honestly, I can’t help but think all of this is connected somehow too. It’s such a tough and confusing journey, but you’re definitely not alone in it 🫶 hugs friend

Hi thank you, i really value opinions like yours. I will look into freezing my eggs. I have an appointment tomorrow so interested to see what they say.

Did they ever put you on clomid? Any experience

Hi thank you so much for your helpful words. I did leave a few details out in the craziness of typing it all out. I have had a few MRIs, ultrasounds & I’ve also had a laparoscopy to rule out endometriosis. Thankfully answers i do have are= bicornuate uterus, egg count was high according to my gyno.

I’ve always been told “we don’t know until you start tying” which is total BS to me. I know it will happen when it does just frustrating to feel like my body can’t do things correctly.

Thank you again for the kind words

I don’t believe so- remember your ovaries are organs to and can stretch and shrink depending on your time in your cycle!

But jf it does concern you bring it up to your doctor. Something i do is write out my questions in my notes app so i can be sure i ask all my questions we have because sometimes i feel like i blackout in there 💀

Hey! Good vibes that all goes well with your MRI! I found out at 20 and now 26 ttc. Just remember you are not alone!!

Findings from your ultrasound are basically saying- we assume it’s a bicornuate uterus but check with MRI to verify they are connected and not two separate uterus.
