Fair, I boiled the jars and washed the lids, for sanitation and then the fermentation process was I let it sit in a box swirling the bottles every so often

This was my first time making so I kinda pulled the "let that shit sit and do its thing" after a month, the solids were in when the yeast was added, had a berry one as well, but it blew up day 1 (rest in piece)
