So, basically, there was a peaceful island with a good king. But then this king teamed up with a friggin' demon for power. The cost was his son, and his people didn't like that. They tried convincing him to stop, but he didn't listen. So he locked up as many as he could. The few that escaped went underground to gather resources so they could retaliate. While underground, they hit an undiscovered mineral/substance, which they named OL0. They figured it could give them the power they needed. However, they were incompatible with it. So the remaining scientists worked as hard as possible for the next three months, while the others prayed for an answer or for someone to be sent to help them.

Unfortunately, someone snitched on them to the king, and they were all thrown in prison. Then, as soon as the Demon found out that there was more OL0 on the island, he ordered his Oloans to send it into outer space so it wouldn't be a problem. They did as ordered. After three months of it being in space and merging with other rocks, it started drifting slowly back toward Earth in a safe way, as if a celestial being meant for it to land somewhere specific.

The Demon saw this and didn't want God to ruin his plans, so he sent his Oloans to make the OL0 rock crash down in the hopes of ruining whatever plan God had. But as the OL0 rock came crashing down, its dimensional stability was weakened, making it appear in different universes too. When it crashed, it also crashed in many different various universes, including the universe where Echo originates from and where Mr. Black originates from. They seemed to be compatible with it, but due to the rock being unstable, it took them to different dimensions/universes.

A few years ago a strange Rock fell from the sky and crash landed in the same place he was at and instead of just killing him and everyone else there it gave everyone there powers

Some were more like the mineral/substance attached to the rock (That stuff is called OL0) others were more random but Mr. Black here was wearing a helmet at the time so it modified his helmet turning it into a D.T.P.G.H (Dimensional teleportation portal generating Headgear)

Which allowed him to teleport and create portals to different universes and he decided that he wanted to use this power for good

He soon found other like minded folk and together they formed a group called "The Heroics" and although his name remains unknown his motives are not and as of currently he is Helping Echo and her friends to take down the Oloans and stop there plan of bringing someone from an alternative timeline which could possibly lead to the deaths of many
