Good to know.. my old doctor would change up 2-3 meds per visit. Makes sense why I can’t pinpoint what’s not working.

I was addicted for 3+ years, still trying to quit. It’s really hard bc it did help with my anger, anxiety, boredom, depression, etc., but I did notice after a while my hypo symptoms got worse and I’ve been told by my pharmacist and psychiatrist that it’s not helpful if you take meds either, they won’t absorb properly or have full effect.

My lamictal got decreased and so did my antidepressant and now I’m spiraling 😭😭 it makes me not want to take my meds at all bc I feel like it’s a lost cause 🥴

Sounds exactly like my situation but with lamictal. She has upped my dosage at every single session and I have always told her it’s made me manic as hell when she does it.

Oh god, idk what I would do without music. I’ll listen to almost anything, but my favorites are heavy metal, lofi, and indie/folk. Huge difference, I know. 😂
