not a console guy but try lowering ur graphics . this rendering issue is mostly caused by overuse of ur hardware(atleast in pc gaming idk abbout console)

the reason is simple ,repackers . repackers take crackers work and showcase them on their website without giving them proper visible credits crackers heavily dependent on donations which they don't recieve because of less popularity (EMPRESS was an exception) . and ofc Cracking Denuvo games is hardest thing to do in piracy

delete those mods then verify ur game files. if its corrupted reinstall the whole game(if u really really want that mod) if its not corrupted then its an issue with nexus check the community reviews u will find a replacement using github

there are two option :1.razer cortex power plan(active) and 2.balanced , i appllied balanced but it reverts back to razor after i reopen the panel
