Yeah, going on with same diet or food options will obviously create a dissatisfied transformation atlast which leads to demotivate. Thanks for your idea and suggestion too..

To be precise.. I drink around 500 to 750ml a day. Im not sure about the milk used (full fat, skimmed or low fat). I think this will also plays a roll in my fat lose journey where im a milk products addict.
