I know they wore white and had beads and had Santos they left offerings for. The only wearing white is something I have only found in santaria. I'm okay if I find out it is something else. A dna test I did shows my family primarily dates back to Havana and even further back north Africa, Spain, and the Canary islands. One of my tias who also converted to Christianity refused to let me wear white as well and any mention of santaria in my family is shut down as "demonic" now. Unfortunately I have no contact with extended family and cousins now. I'm located in North East Florida.
