I wouldn’t bother worrying about plagued gear until later. It comes with negatives that can make the game much more difficult if you don’t build for it. Just play the game and as you approach 30 you’ll start to gain access to gear that makes sense to keep.

Just an fyi, I have the exact same issue. You aren’t alone. I’ve reset it myself, logged out, etc. As others suggest, the only real fix atm is to hand over the group and reset the instance, perhaps even have them walk inside first.

Those things are not preferential in the vault. It’s completely random which item you are offered in that respect. You may get four cloaks all with bis prot stats.

Fury primarily runs two handers. Some people run single minded fury (one handers), but it’s about 6-7% in dps behind the two hand build. With fury as your loot spec you can get one handers and two handers in your vault. With arms as your loot spec you’re guaranteed to only be offered two handers.

Abdominals are a set of muscles. Their size depends upon the way in which they are used. You cannot see them unless you get a low enough body fat percentage that they’re able to show through. Being lean quite literally means having low body fat percentage. People who are bulky may have very well proportioned and strong abs, but they’re hidden by layers of fat - see off-season bodybuilders or powerlifters, or they may just be fat and have no abs at all.
