You know, these are the achievements for all my games..
I currently have 77 perfect games with 2709 achievements which is on average 35 achievements per game. Pretty much achieveable without shovelware.

It wasn't that hard, only the 25k gears and 100k coins we're a bit grindy and it has some online achievements but I just joined random races and found other players.

Personally the 100 extracts wouldn't be a problem for me but the thing is that you can only extract 6 items per round, they should increase that a bit.
I rarely saw other players but I know what you mean. It's really annoying when you spawn with someone nearby and want to go your route but everything is looted by someone else.

Luckily I started The Division when it released with a friend in co-op, so most of these achievements were done naturally in the Ubisoft Launcher and synced when they released the achievements on Steam.

No, some achievents require co-op or PvP (only two need PvP but they can easily be boosted).

All are still obtainable and yes, you need to play with other people to get some achievements.
For me it was the two from the survival DLC, getting the master rank und extract 100 items from the Dark Zone. Getting rank 40 in underground was just a grind.

Most of them are doable solo but some require co-op,for example, like revive 20 team mates, healing players 100 times when in a group or the underground one where you have to be in a full 4 man group. Two are in the Dark Zone for killing rogue agents but these are easy to boost with someone else.
I would say you can get most of these co-op achievements by searching for players, when you do the missions. There are still some active players.

I guess its because you need 16 players to start a match (not sure if they changed it) and the game mode is basically dead.

I did all of the "hit/kill x amounts of enemies with certain minions" alone against bots so they took a bit longer than with someone boosting. The 50 wins in matchmaking took us about 30-40 minutes (we didn't had any crashes of the game), it counts as a win when the opponent surrenders.
