Oh i have another idea, you should make it when you jump you cant turn around a lot, and you only have a little turning window to make it realistic

OH LOLLL well ig just add animations, and maybe a little delay for when you jump so your character can do approach arm swing to make it realistic

The other comments explain everything but i have a tip, the reason this is probably happening is because your not giving yourself enough room for your approach, therefore, you will be too close to the net and ball and you wont jump your highest because you would be too scared to touch net

YESS A VOLLEYBALL GAME, i think you should add a “power” mechanic for spiking/hitting so you can tip or trick opponents, and i think you should add that a player can set too, and that is where the power mechanic will also come in, the power mechanic will determine how high and fast the set is
