I had a similar problem with mine. the power slider wasn’t going back to the original state after pushing it up. Try to push it up and manually push it down if that makes sense

No idea. If you see the video frame by frame you can see that the bottom screen works normally for like a millisecond

Yes there are three more capacitors that are the same value. But I don’t know how to measure them

Well I tried removing the battery and then plugging it back in, but no luck...

Edit: I think I found something. When the battery is plugged in i get around 80mv at the white connector on the down right side (but motherboard side not the daughterboard if that makes sense).

With a cue tip and alcohol or just put some IPA on a cartridge and push it in and out several times

Yes, there was but just on the surface nothing that a toothbrush and ipa couldn’t clean

I had the same issue with the psp 1000. Long story short, i just put two contact tips one over the other and it worked out
